• Store Manager - 2yrs retail experience required
  The Store Manager's main focus is to oversee daily store operations which include a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service standards, ability to create and drive sales goals,maintains excellent visual presentation, inventory shortage control, monitoring labor percentage standards as well as developing and fostering a "TEAM" oriented working environment.
• Store assistant manager - 2yrs retail experience required
  Assistant Managers will assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, monitoring and maintaining customer service levels throughout the store, floor sales leadership, and monitoring and maintaining stock room organization, while maintaining excellent visual presentation. In the absence of the Store and Co-Manager, the Assistant Manager will assume total command of the store.
• Full/ part-time sales associate
  Sales Associates at MiGi's are responsible for greeting and providing excellent customer service while obtaining maximum sales, upholds merchandising standards, as well as maintaining positive, friendly and professional conduct with customers, co-workers and management.
